Security Job Responsibilities:
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
- Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
- Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations
- Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
- Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
- Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
- Provide assistance to people in need
- Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol before arrival of
authorities
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy
machine, and a computer
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Maintain the general office filing system
Concierge Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers upon entrance and confirm reservations
- Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc
- Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend
to their wishes and requirements
- Understand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting
activities and facilities provided by the hotel
- Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make
the most suitable recommendations
- Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel residents
- Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and
redirect calls
- Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed
Housing Officers Responsibilities:
- Attend dispersal and conduct induction of SU into the property.
- Manage a caseload of around 200-250 Service Users
- Assist Service Users with registering at local GP Services, NHS Dentists, and local
orientation - local shops, support agencies, etc
- Conduct regular property / Service Users visits and report any incidents, SU issues,
abscissions, etc.
- Ensure SU’s are Moved On no later than the last date of payments to CSM
- Arrange initial transport of SU’s to their accommodation or any relocation as required
- Ensure Safeguarding, health, and safety of SU’s are always maintained.
- Complete weekly welfare checks of the SU’s.
- Arrange for legal action where necessary & prepare incident report
- Communicate with SU’s caretakers, cleaners and maintenance staff
- Maintain records and writing reports.
- Do regular room inspections to make sure all properties are in a good state of repair
Kitchen Staff:
- Washing, peeling and preparing food ingredients
- Using equipment such as mixers, special knives and cutters
- Reviewing kitchen inventory and determining what items are needed
- Unloading fresh supplies and organising the stockroom
- Checking sell-by dates and rotating food stock
- Cleaning kitchen appliances, ovens, dishes and pans
- Observing cooking times and correct temperatures
Cleaners:
- Cleaning floors using manual or mechanical cleaning equipment (e.g. mops, vacuum
cleaners, floor cleaners)
- Dusting and tidying assigned areas
- Cleaning and disinfecting washrooms
- Cleaning/washing doors and windows
- Maintaining standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Ensuring chemical cleaning products are handled and stored safely
- Keeping work tools tidy and in order
